Measurement Guide:

Waist: Lay the pants flat and buttoned. Measure straight across the very top edge of the waistband from one side to the other.

Length: Outseam from the top of the waist down to the cuff.

Fit Tip: Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed drape, or down for a sharper fit.

Tailoring Note: The waistband includes extra fabric allowance. A tailor can easily let the waist out to give you more room without altering the fit or drape of the legs.

Order Inspection on Delivery

You may inspect your order upon delivery before accepting it.
If you choose to reject the order, only the shipping fee will apply.

Return & Exchange Period

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

  • An exchange shipping fee of EGP 50 applies.
  • Only one request is allowed per order (either return or exchange).
  • Once an exchange is completed, the order becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for faulty and Incorrect Items

Return Policy

  • A return shipping fee of EGP 85 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The refunded amount equals the product value minus the return shipping fee.
  • Refunds are issued via InstaPay or e-wallet based on your preference.
