Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

 A shipping fee of EGP 50 applies to all exchange requests.
 Each order is eligible for one request only (either a return or an exchange).
 Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again unless it is found to be faulty or incorrect.

Return Policy

 A return shipping fee of EGP 90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
 Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 Refunds

Refunds are processed within **7–10 business days** after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The refunded amount equals the product value minus the applicable return shipping fee.
 Refunds are issued via InstaPay or e-wallet based on your preferred method.
