Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days, excluding Fridays and official holidays.
Order Inspection on Delivery:
You may inspect your order upon delivery.
If you choose to reject the order, you will only be required to pay the shipping fee.
Return / Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order.
Exchange Fees
A EGP 50 exchange shipping fee applies.
Only one action is allowed per order (either a return or an exchange).
Once an exchange is completed, the order becomes non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Return Fees
A EGP 80 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds are processed within 2 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The refunded amount equals the product price minus the return shipping fee.
Refunds are issued via Bank transfer, e-wallet or InstaPay.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective or sent incorrectly, all return or exchange costs are fully covered by us.

No. You must accept the full order as delivered. You cannot accept part of the order and refuse the rest.
