A return shipping fee of EGP 70 will be deducted from the refund, which will be processed within 2 days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued via e-wallet or InstaPay, based on your preference. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover all return or exchange costs.
