Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days, excluding Fridays and official holidays.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Order Inspection Upon Delivery
You may open and inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
If you choose to reject the order, please note:

All items must be returned at the same time of delivery

Items must be in their original condition

Original packaging and the included flyer must be returned

Items must be handed back directly to the courier
Rejection & Shipping Fees
In case of order rejection, only the shipping fee applies and must be paid directly to the courier.
If returned items arrive in an unacceptable condition, or if shipping fees are not paid, this may result in a temporary restriction on your account.
Multiple Sizes & Partial Acceptance
Ordering multiple sizes of the same item for selection is not allowed.
Orders must be either accepted or rejected in full — partial acceptance is not permitted.
Returned Items Review
All returned items are subject to inspection by our team upon receipt.
Returns that do not meet our condition requirements may be rejected.
