Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to offer a smooth return and exchange experience. Please review our policy below:

 Return/Exchange Period:

• You may request an exchange or return within 1 day of receiving the order.

 Return Fees:

• A return shipping fee of EGP 70 will be deducted from the refund.

 Refund Timeline and Method:

• Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• The product price will be refunded after deducting the return shipping fee.

• Refunds are made via any e-wallet or InstaPay. Please provide your preferred method.

 Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• If the item is defective or the error is from our side, we will cover all return or exchange costs.

Free Size Exchange:

• You are entitled to one free size exchange per order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

• You can submit your return or exchange request directly through our website.

• Simply click on "Request a Return or Exchange", then enter your order number, which you can find in your email or your account on the website after logging in with your email.

• You will see the details of your order and be able to select which items you’d like to return or exchange.

• Once submitted, we will review your request and handle the rest — no need to contact us for confirmation.

 سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع واسترداد المبلغ

نحرص على رضاكم ونوفر تجربة استبدال واسترجاع سهلة ومرنة. يرجى قراءة السياسة التالية بعناية:

 مدة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع:

• يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال يوم واحد فقط من تاريخ استلامكم الطلب.

 رسوم الاسترجاع:

• يتم خصم 70 جنيه رسوم شحن من مبلغ الاسترداد.

 مدة وطريقة استرداد المبلغ:

• يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال يومين من استلامنا وفحصنا للشحنة.

• يتم خصم سعر المنتج بالإضافة إلى رسوم الشحن.

• يتم رد المبلغ إلى أي محفظة إلكترونية أو عبر InstaPay. يرجى توفير الطريقة المناسبة.

 في حالة وجود خطأ من جانبنا:

• إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو حدث خطأ في الطلب، نتحمل كامل تكاليف الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

 استبدال المقاس مجانًا:

• يمكنك استبدال المقاس مجانًا مرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب.

 طريقة تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:

• يمكنكم تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بكل سهولة من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني.

• اضغط على زر "Request a Return or Exchange" وأدخل رقم الطلب الخاص بكم (يمكنكم العثور عليه في البريد الإلكتروني او في حسابكم علي الويبسايت بعد تسجيل الدخول).

• سيظهر لكم محتوى الطلب ويمكنكم اختيار القطع التي ترغبون في استرجاعها أو استبدالها.

• بعد إرسال الطلب، سيتم مراجعته من قبلنا وإكمال باقي الإجراءات والتواصل معكم — لا داعي للتواصل معنا لتأكيد التغييرات.
