Shipping & Delivery

Orders must be accepted in full upon delivery. Partial acceptance (receiving some items and refusing others) is not allowed. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery taking 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order at any time before delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order. Each order allows only one post-purchase action (either a return or an exchange). A EGP 70 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. Refunds are processed within 2 days after the item is received and inspected and are issued via e-wallet or InstaPay. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, all return or exchange costs will be fully covered by us.
